1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you:

• Fill out our contact form or inquiry forms
• Register for courses or workshops
• Subscribe to our newsletter
• Communicate with us via phone, email, or WhatsApp

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. For our online classes we also ask your preferred class time, device and experience level; for the SJ Global college programme we also ask your programme, year, college ID number and fee status; for final-year project mentoring we also ask your college name and project topic and a screenshot of your UPI payment, which we keep privately to verify the payment; for service enquiries we also ask the service you need, a description of your project and, optionally, your organisation, budget and timeline. When you register, enquire or subscribe, we send an automatic confirmation email to the address you give us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Process course registrations and enrollments
• Send you updates about our courses, services, and offers
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal requirements
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• With service providers who assist us in operating our website and services
• With Digital MegaFactory (DMF), our delivery partner, when your enquiry is about IT Solutions (website, app, software or AI & ML work) or the AI Specialisation courses — only the details needed to respond to that enquiry

4. Event Photography and Media

We photograph and record video at our events, classes, workshops, graduation ceremonies and campus visits. These images may show students, staff, guests and visitors, and we publish a selection of them on this website and on our social media channels to show what happens at Aider.

• Some photographs and videos come from teaching sessions, including supervised laboratory training for Aider learners. These are published only to show how our courses are taught; they are educational in nature and some may show laboratory specimens used for teaching.
• We remove embedded camera data, including GPS location and device details, from every image before publishing it.
• We do not publish names alongside photographs unless the person has agreed to it.
• We do not use event photographs in paid advertising without asking the people in them first.
• Photographs of certificate and award presentations may show the certificate or grade card being held, including the name, course and result printed on it. We publish these only where the student, or a parent or guardian for a student under 18, has agreed to it.

If you appear in a photograph or video on this site and would like it removed, email us at info@aiderdigital.com and describe where it appears. We will take it down and will not ask you for a reason.

Student research papers. Our Academy page publishes final-year research papers written by students in our college programmes, with the author’s name as it appears on the paper. We publish a paper only after it has been validated and with the student’s agreement. To have a paper or your name removed, email us at info@aiderdigital.com.

Comments on research papers. To comment on a paper you give your name and email address. We email you a link to confirm the comment; only after you confirm is it published, showing your name, your comment and the date. Your email address is never shown publicly. To have a comment removed, email us at info@aiderdigital.com.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In particular:

• Form submissions and payment screenshots are stored on our hosting server outside the public website, in a private database and private folders that cannot be opened from the web.
• Payment screenshots are viewed only by our team, through a secured review page, to verify your payment.
• To prevent spam and abuse, our forms limit how many submissions can be made from one connection in a short time. For this we keep a one-way, anonymised code derived from your IP address — never the address itself.
• We do not store card or bank details. Payments are made by UPI directly from your own payment app.

6. Cookies

When you first visit, we ask which cookies you accept. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

• Essential (always on): small items stored in your own browser to remember your cookie choice and display preferences. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
• Third-party content (only if you accept): the map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, which sets its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If you choose “Essential only”, the map is not loaded until you ask for it.
• Embedded video: our POD F.A.C.T episode is hosted on YouTube. It is loaded, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, only when you press play.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt-out of marketing communications

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. That date changes only when the text of this policy changes.

• 30 September 2026 — Privacy: Section 1 now lists what the online-classes, SJ Global, final-year mentoring (including the payment screenshot) and service enquiry forms collect and notes the automatic confirmation email; Section 4 adds how student research papers are published, how comments on them are confirmed by email and shown, and how to request removal; Section 5 describes how submissions and payment screenshots are stored and how anti-spam limits use an anonymised code instead of your IP address.
• 29 September 2026 — Privacy: added Section 4, Event Photography and Media (photographs and video from our events, classes and campus visits, educational and laboratory teaching images, certificate presentations, and how to ask for removal), added sharing with Digital MegaFactory (DMF) for IT Solutions and AI Specialisation enquiries, and rewrote Section 6, Cookies, to describe the cookie choice offered on first visit. Terms: updated the list of services to the current course tracks and IT Solutions.
